Directions

  1. Lay sliced butternut in an oven tray.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle both sides with Robertsons Braai & Grill Spicy BBQ spice.

  3. Once the fire is ready place the steaks on the grill and allow to cook through turning gently.

  4. The centre will be soft and the edges will be slightly crispy.
