Very Berry Loaded Breakfast Jars

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup (250 ml) frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk of your choice
  • ½ Tbsp (7.5 ml) honey
  • 15ml Robertsons Pure Hemp Seed Powder
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh mixed berries
  • 1 cups (250 ml) yoghurt
  • 3/4 cups (177 ml) granola
  • a few extra berries, to garnish
  • extra granola, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, frozen mixed berries, ice cubes, milk, honey and Robertsons Pure Hemp Seed Powder into a blender and blitz until smooth. If necessary, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Divide the fresh mixed berries, yoghurt and granola evenly between two jars.
  3. Fill both jars with the berry smoothie mixture and garnish with extra berries and granola.
  4. Serve immediately with paper straws.
