Portuguese Chicken

  • Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt
  • Robertsons Black Pepper
  • 15ml sunflower oil
  • 1 onion, Finely Chopped
  • 500g chicken fillet strips
  • 1 red pepper, Finely sliced
  • 10ml Robertsons Paprika
  • 50ml tomato paste
  • 200ml cream
  • 250g button mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2.5ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper


  1. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the onion with the Robertsons Cayenne Pepper and Robertsons Paprika.
  2. Add the chicken and red pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mushroom and fry lightly for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste and cream and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Robertsons Black Pepper.
