- Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt
- Robertsons Black Pepper
- 15ml sunflower oil
- 1 onion, Finely Chopped
- 500g chicken fillet strips
- 1 red pepper, Finely sliced
- 10ml Robertsons Paprika
- 50ml tomato paste
- 200ml cream
- 250g button mushrooms, Sliced
- 2.5ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper
- Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the onion with the Robertsons Cayenne Pepper and Robertsons Paprika.
- Add the chicken and red pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the mushroom and fry lightly for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cream and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Robertsons Black Pepper.
