Salmon Pate

  • 50g Low Fat Smooth Cream Cheese
  • 100g Low Fat Smooth Cottage Cheese
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 5ml Robertsons Thyme
  • 3ml Robertsons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 spring onions


  1. Blend cottage and cream cheese together with the pepper in food processor.
  2. Add salmon and blend until just combined.
  3. Stir in Robertsons Thyme and Black Pepper.
  4. Fold in finely sliced spring onions.
  5. Pate should be chunky.
  6. Serve with a small side salad with crisp toasted rye or baguette.
