- 50g Low Fat Smooth Cream Cheese
- 100g Low Fat Smooth Cottage Cheese
- 150g smoked salmon
- 5ml Robertsons Thyme
- 3ml Robertsons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 spring onions
- Blend cottage and cream cheese together with the pepper in food processor.
- Add salmon and blend until just combined.
- Stir in Robertsons Thyme and Black Pepper.
- Fold in finely sliced spring onions.
- Pate should be chunky.
- Serve with a small side salad with crisp toasted rye or baguette.
